Farmer Scotts Pumpkin Picking

At Farmer Scotts, their pumpkins are grown in a 35 acre field during the summer months and harvested ready for you to pick throughout October and ready for Halloween. Open Every Weekend and throughout Half-term in October 10-4pm.

Calcott Hall in Brentwood have Spooky Halloween Pumpkin Picking and Carving from Tuesday 25th to Thursday 27th October. There will be Face-painting and creepy cupcakes. You can also go Sweetcorn picking in the Spooky Corn patch.

Skylark at Prettyfields Vineyard

Sky Lark at Prettyfields Vineyard in Ardleigh, Essex have a Pumpkin Patch & Spooky Vineyard Trail. Running Friday 24th October to Sunday 2nd November. 9am to 5pm daily (last entry is at 4pm).

Pop along to Skylark this Halloween season to pick your favourite pumpkin from the patch in the spook vineyard. They have pumpkins of all shapes, sizes and colours to carve, cook, or decorate with! At The Green Barn Farm Shop the Pumpkin Field opens on the 4th October weekends and half term. 15 acres of home grown pumpkins, they also have a Spooky Cow Maize Maze, you are in for a real treat not trick. Prices includes entry, a pumpkin and a ride on the pumpkin express (vintage land rover) and ENTRY to the maize maze, ‘The Scarecrows Curse.’  They also have cafe and shop on site with free parking.

This includes a trick or treat themed mini maze and then the main maze, helping wendy the witch find all her ingredients for her magical potion! The boards are brilliant with lots of great photo opportunities.

Tulleys Pumpkin Farm

At Tulley’s Pumpkin Farm. You can expect over 1 million pumpkins, 100 acres of farmland and 100 varities of pumpkin. Opens from 20th September weekends, October Open every weekend and and half term plus some extra days. They also have pumpkin nights.

There will be food trucks, coffee house, photo opportunities, live roaming characters, observation wheel and pumpkin bar.

At Pumpkin Jim’s you can pick your own pumpkins in Ickleton! With many different varieties of pumpkins to pick, from big carvers to delicious squashes.
